HealthsOnline respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe content on HealthsOnline infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the URL)
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing similar identifying information and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate access for users found to be repeat infringers.
