This Privacy Policy explains how HealthsOnline (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit our website and use our directory of doctors, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic labs.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide: such as your name, email address, and message content when you submit our contact form or an appointment request.
• Provider accounts: if you create an account to list a practice, your name, email address, optional phone number and a securely hashed password. When you sign up with email we send a one-time code to confirm the address.
• Sign in with Google: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address, whether that email is verified, and your Google account ID with us. We do not receive your Google password and do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data.
• Listing and verification details: the practice details, photos and verification documents (such as identity, registration and ownership proof) you upload when listing a doctor, clinic, hospital or lab.
• Payments: plan payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and reference IDs; we do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: such as pages visited, search queries, browser type and device information, collected automatically to improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Platform
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form
• To create and secure your provider account and sign you in (including with Google)
• To verify listings before they are published, and to process plan payments, invoices and refunds
• To send account and service emails, such as sign-in codes, password resets and listing status updates

• To communicate updates, if you have opted in to receive them

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting, email delivery, file storage and payment processing providers), and when required by law or to protect our legal rights. Details you publish in a listing (such as practice name, address, timings and contact numbers) are shown publicly once the listing is live; verification documents are never published.

Google User Data

Information we receive from Google is used only to sign you in and to create or link your HealthsOnline provider account. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except service providers needed to run the Platform. HealthsOnline's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove HealthsOnline's access at any time from your Google Account's security settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (for example, payment and invoice records). Unconfirmed signup requests expire after 10 minutes and are routinely deleted. To delete your account or the data associated with it, email us at the address below and we will act on the request, subject to records we are required by law to keep.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
